Four pools we would build again tomorrow

Kolter Homes asked Liberty Pools for project references. These are four recent residential pools in Palm Beach and Broward counties, each documented from engineering through final inspection, with the owners' own photography and film. Open any project for the full story.

Why these four

What they have in common

They cover the situations a builder actually meets: a new pool under a general contractor on a difficult waterfront lot, a full backyard renovation inside a lived-in community with an HOA, a luxury infinity-pool remodel that had to match its architecture, and a complete resort backyard on a lake lot, pool to pergola, on one permit.

On every one of them the process was the same. Sealed engineering before permitting, a 3D model the owner approves before we dig, one Liberty project manager from permit to pool school, every milestone and inspection logged and photographed in our project system, and the owner able to follow progress from their phone.

The photographs and films are ours, taken on our jobs. Nothing here is stock.

All four owners are referenceable. We would be glad to arrange a site visit, share the full plan sets and schedules behind each project, or put together a pilot proposal for a Kolter community.
